I specialize in supporting adults with post-traumatic stress (PTS) and a history of traumatic experiences. My office is a safe place to remove your mask and work to understand and overcome the obstacles to health and wellness. I am trained in multiple evidence-based treatments including advanced hypnotherapy and Guided Imagery. I have a healthcare background, having worked with Veterans and civilians in two of Connecticut's largest healthcare systems. I have extensive experience in Whole Health (VA) and supporting adults in the self-management of chronic illness using evidence-based tools (CBT, DBT) as well as the principles of lifestyle and integrative medicine.
